Slim Jim & the PHATTS recreate the power and excitement of “live” entertainment with a six piece “super group” of highly talented and professional entertainers and musicians.
The 2008 PHATTS are the ultimate hybrid of Slim Jim & the Swinging FATTS, Slim Jim & FATT Fiction, Slim Jim & the Super FATTS, Beauties & the Beast and Slim Jim & the FATTS Band. Slim Jim & the PHATTS perform classics from the 60s to current Top 40. Slim Jim & the PHATTS have a broad musical appeal and an enthusiastic energy whilst performing some of the classic songs of modern music.
For twenty four years, Slim Jim has been fronting one of the most successful cover bands in Western Australian music history. He has performed in excess of 5,000 shows state wide – setting a precedent within the local music industry for professionalism and demand. Slim Jim attributes the FATTS Band’s success and longevity to the very high calibre of musicians and performers that have presented their talent with the FATTS Band since the band’s inception.
